Speaker 2:Today, ladies and gentlemen, a lot of people out there walking themselves out onto the ledge of panic and into a fit of hyperventilating about this Judge Scott McAfee ruling in Georgia that allowed Fonnie Willis to remain on the case against Trump down in Georgia. And we, today, I am going to attempt to walk you into the room of intellectual maturity and calmness and the room of hope, because all of those things exist when we take a further and deeper look at this analysis at the case and the rendering this ruling from Judge McAfee, primarily because he has opened up the doorway to many other avenues whereby we can hold Fonnie Willis accountable, nathan Wade, her boy toy, already resigning from the case. So that's a victory, no small victory either, because the cloud of impropriety around this case is darker and larger than ever. So, ladies and gentlemen, although she, fonnie Willis, survived what was a valiant effort from Trump's legal team to disqualify her right now from prosecuting this nonsensical piece of election interference in Lafayette down in Georgia, the biggest winner of this decision was, believe it or not, president Trump. I'm going to get into this and tell you why and explain the reasons behind it. You're not going to hear anybody on mainstream media talk about this.
Speaker 2:We have to remember that the judges opinion in Georgia and the hearing itself were a huge and significant judicial endorsement to Trump's ongoing and quite successful, mind you efforts to diminish the credibility of Fonnie Willis and to diminish her within the court of public opinion. He's done a masterful job at this. Trump has, and his legal team has done a masterful, masterful job at this. Anyone with any shred of intellectual maturity, precisely because of Trump's successful engagement, will see within this realm of lawfare you, not only members of this audience, but people who are waking up intellectually to what's really going on down there. We all now understand and we know that Fonnie Willis is diminished, her case against President Trump crumbling and diminished. Everyone knows that she has no reputation as an impartial prosecutor seeking justice and that she is instead ridiculously flawed with no impartial judgment whatsoever. And these are all victories. This is what Trump does, and his team has done great at pointing all of this out.
Speaker 2:So the decision by Judge McAfee last Friday is extremely important because the Georgia case, ladies and gentlemen, is among all of the ridiculousness that has been slung against President Trump, the Georgia case has been considered perhaps the strongest case against him, a lot stronger than the weaponized DOJ, and it's significant because, unlike the weaponized case that's been brought forth by the Department of Justice, the case in Georgia is protected from any direct interference by President Trump when he wins the 2024 election and he will and since he can't dismiss the prosecutor or pardon himself in Georgia if things go south for him here, if he occupies the White House, he can't do any of that. So, for those reasons and a few others, this case has been considered to be the strongest and the liberals have pinned most of their hope on, and most of their ambitions on, this case. But it's so flawed, ladies and gentlemen, and Judge McAfee has given us some great, great low-hanging fruit and some gifts the radical left, pinning all of their hope on this case, are having. You're seeing it on social media. Their heads are exploding. I mean, they go off in the news about the rally that Trump had over the weekend, where he mentioned the term bloodbath and in context of what he was saying was that if Administrator Biden and the Commu Socialist, formerly known as Democrat Party, win this election, the presidential election in 2024, there will be a quote-unquote bloodbath in the sense of how that will ruin and wreck our economy, in particular with China and the automotive industry, but in general senses, in terms the entire economy wrecked in a bloodbath brought about by the Commu Socialist slash Democrat platform policies and politics. That's what he was talking about. So you don't hear the truth, do you? In the mainstream? You don't hear what the term bloodbath really meant. You just see the radical left blow up and say, oh what, you can't use that term. It's terrible. He's calling for a bloodbath and they continually try to insinuate that President Trump is calling for some sort of violence in the streets. The good news is, because you watch this show, you know the truth, you're intellectually mature and you understand that the left will spin everything that Trump said. We cannot, just we can't. We have a moral obligation to point out every time the left does this, by the way, and it's not that we're just acting on defense, we're acting on offense, as we point out the ridiculousness of the radical left. Speaker 2:All right, so the Judge McAfee ruling Pony Willis gets to stay on the case. And why is there good news? Why am I not panicking? Why do I not think that this is devastating news for President Trump? Because it's not. Look upon expert analysis of the entire situation, which I am obviously providing you now. Remember that, judge McAfee, there's a few things he's running, first of all, to keep his seat in Georgia, so he has to kind of walk a fine line here amongst the voters within that state. But there are nuggets of hope strewn about throughout his ruling. So, as expected, he had to chastise Willis. I mean, pony couldn't get away Scott free with what she did. He did, he chastised her. He chastised her for starting a sexual and a financial relationship with someone who she was supervising and identified. The Judge did what we all know to be the case that she had exercised a tremendous lapse in judgment. The Judge said this in his ruling.
Speaker 2:These are not just my words and my opinion. We have here, in essence, my friends, a legal conflict. I'm putting this to you. I'm telling you that my analysis says right now, within this case in Georgia, we have two things going on here A legal conflict and a public relations issue, and both of them are worth talking about. With regards to the case and with regards to what Judge Scott McAfee ruled, judiciously speaking, the appearance of a conflict would be erased with the removal of Mr Wade from the case, and that's what they were hoping to do. That was the olive ranch, if you will, that Judge McAfee was offering Ms Willis. Judiciously speaking, in other words, legally speaking, in the view of the court, the appearance of any conflict that existed could be erased, perhaps if Mr Wade would just remove himself from the case.
Speaker 2:But on the political side of that coin, president Trump's team is working to make sure that the public perception of conflict and, in fact, the public perception of the reality of that conflict, remain ever present in the arena of political opinion Is the light that President Trump and his team have shined on Fonnie Willis is exactly what they have done. Trump has done since the time that he took office, and what this light has shown us is that she, fonnie Willis, has big, big trouble still ahead of her. And remember, friends, this is an example of the kind of greatness that President Trump has brought to our republic. Of all of the great things he accomplished and I could spend hours with you talking about the vast list of his accomplishments of all of them, his ability to pull back the curtain of the deep state is his most significant contribution to this republic. He has revealed to us, the entire country, to the world for that matter, the depth, the width of the deep state, of the swamp establishment, especially in Washington DC. Above all the things that he's done, this is his most important contribution to us. We now can have conversations about what the deep state and the swamp really are.
Speaker 2:And so, by shining a light and pulling back the curtain of Fonnie Willis, trump and his team have caused the Georgia State Legislature to already begin steps to investigate her. There's a new state panel which has been empowered to remove district attorneys. They can also take action. The state bar of Georgia and the state ethics commission in that state could move against her.
Speaker 2:Judge McAfee said in part here, and I'll quote directly Georgia law does not permit the finding of an actual conflict for simply making bad choices, even repeatedly, and it is the trial court's duty to confine itself to the relevant issues and applicable law properly brought before us and quote so McAfee is saying no matter how stupid a person is for making bad choices, it's not against the law. So but there are other avenues, because he continues and he says and I quote other forums or sources of authority, such as the General Assembly, the Georgia State Ethics Commission, the State Bar of Georgia, the Fulton County Board of Commissioners or the voters of Fulton County may offer feedback on any unanswered questions that linger. End quote. Did you see what he did there? He opened the door to several avenues. Not least among them is you, the voters within Georgia. Vote Fonnie Willis out, says the judge, and not so many words. Speaker 2:So, fonnie Willis, judge McAfee, the case in Georgia no reason to panic, my friends. No reason to be despondent or depressed or feel hopelessness. In fact, the opposite is true Lots of hope. The judge himself pointed out several avenues and several steps that we can take to see and deliver hope to this situation. There's a few points I want to make about all of this. One Trump's attorney, steve Sadow. Now he's already indicated that he'll probably appeal this ruling in Georgia, and so, even if Judge McAfee's decision is eventually upheld in higher Georgia courts. The game plan that Trump and his team give another avenue. The game plan ensures there's another avenue to continually delay the case and publicly undermine the credibility or lack thereof, we should say of Fonnie Willis. So we continue to delay, we continue to undermine and he continues, as I said in the previous block, to shine the light and pull back the curtain of the deep state swamp, in this case in Georgia, which is by far, when we look at and when we analyze all of the contributions that President Trump has made for us and to us, the revelation of the depth and width of the evil of the deep state swamp, is his primary contribution to this republic. The second thing is and I'd like to remind you about is it's incredible, it's also desirous, that Judge McAfee laid out these avenues by which not only President Trump but the people, ie the voters of Georgia, can pursue to hold Willis accountable. So I implore you, good patriot conservative Republicans of Georgia, rise up and hold her accountable by your peaceful, god-given right to vote and vote her out with extreme prejudice.
Speaker 2:There's also several avenues that we can present this to experts within ethics pertaining to the judicial process. Several experts came out in fact last week and offered opinions and have stated that the troubles of Fonnie Willis are far, far from over. The appeal, when Trump's team files it has a significant chance to succeed here, folks. It's going to focus on the fact that simply removing Nathan Wade from the case is entirely inadequate as a remedy for the impropriety that was engaged upon by both him and Fonnie Willis. The mainstream media has not covered the fact that Georgia's governor, governor Kemp, back on March 13th, just a couple of weeks ago, signed the Georgia Act 368 law which reenacted Georgia's prosecuting attorney qualifications commission and the commission could act very quickly to remove Fonnie Willis from office. Again, the Georgia Act 368. It reenacted Georgia's prosecuting attorney's qualifications commission and that commission could act very quickly to remove Fonnie from office from office, not just the case. And so if the appellate courts don't take review of McAfee's ruling before that trial, there's also the possibility of using this ruling to challenge any potential guilty verdict down the line. So Trump's team not that I think that's going to happen, but not that I think there's going to be a guilty verdict I should say so Trump's team has this issue and the case in general very well covered.
Speaker 2:My friends, there's lots of avenues here. There's lots, of, lots of, I think, points of attack that Trump's team has covered, and brilliantly so. Thing is, I understand that when you hear these things reported in the news, you don't often sit back and reflect upon or research all of these different angles by which the case could proceed. Speaker 2:Today, talking about the good news that came out of Georgia last week with regards to Judge Scott McAfee's ruling against Fawney Willis, we are in no shape here to panic. We are in no need of desperation. In fact, the judge's ruling, as I have begun to lay out here for you, has lots and lots of good news for President Trump and our Republic and us. Judge McAfee, in his decision, insinuated. As I was saying before we took this last break, Judge McAfee basically insinuated that Fawney Willis and her assistant lover boy, boy Toy, mr Wade, were dishonest, which is like a death blow accusation to anybody in a prosecuting role and who is supposed to be the conveyor of unpraised justice.
Speaker 2:But we all know that Ms Willis is not unpraised. She's extremely radically prejudiced against President Trump. She ran on getting him prosecuting, him, making things up in order to do so, and so, at the debt blow to it for a judge to say hey, you know what you were in. You were not honest. Again, trump's team very, very brilliant in causing this cloud of confusion to settle down amongst the McCarthy, the uh, the Wade, fonny Wade and Willis case, the cloud of impropriety, of dishonesty that's settled down upon that team. And that's just what the Trump team wanted to accomplish, and they did it brilliantly. Mcafee, mcafee, the judge called Wade's testimony, in particular about not disclosing disclosing his relationship with Ms Willis, as patently unpersuasive. Those are Judge McAfee's words, and he also said that it indicates a willingness on his part, on Wade's part, to wrongly conceal his relationship with the district attorney.
Speaker 2:In other words, he's lying Ladies and gentlemen, he also suggested the judge did that Willis was not truthful in her testimony, and I quote directly from the judge's ruling reasonable questions about whether the district attorney and her hand selected lead meaning Mr Wade testified untruthfully about the timing of their relationship, further underpinned the finding of an appearance of impropriety and the need to make a proportional efforts to cure it, to make proportional efforts to cure their dishonesty. Fani Willis was also warned by the judge about speaking publicly about this case, because Ms Willis, as you know, has a habit, as do many of the radical left, woke liberals, to play the race card when things aren't going their way. And you'll recall, I'm sure, dear members of the audience, that in a speech back in January at a black church in Atlanta, ms Willis said that those of us who seek her disqualification are racists. You see, that's what they do Right out of their commu socialist playbook is the race card. How dare they do that and how dare Fani Willis utter such blatant racism herself? And thankfully, judge McAfee recognizes this and he said that those remarks are, in his words, and I quote, legally improper, not that being proper, ever entered into the minds of a woke, radical liberal prosecutors. Mind they don't. They do everything they can to spin the situation to their benefit, no matter what the truth may be. In fact, they go to great lengths and efforts to cover up the truth and simply report and testify and give preponderance of evidence that's abjectly false. And so I want to leave you with hope, ladies and gentlemen, about all the this, because when we look at it deeper, we can see that Judge McAfee has opened up several avenues to further pursue the disqualification of Fani Willis from this case and to delay it, perhaps, regardless of what the outcome may be. Remember, not every victory in the judicial system always ends with what seems to be an immediate or an overt victory. Sometimes you have to do what we've done here today look at the judges ruling in detail and understand what he's saying to the court and to the people. In fact, most of the time, the victories that we receive in lower courts are subtle and they're nuanced, such as those that were offered to us by Judge McAfee in this particular ruling.
Speaker 2:So stay the course, my friends. Stay the course, Listen, continue to get involved in your local level. I have attended some amazing Lincoln Day events in the Midwest Grassroots events made up of people like you, who are the most important people in this audience you, as far as this program is concerned. You are the most important person in this program. It's not me I bring you the truth, an analysis on what's going on, but it's you who, by virtue of your involvement in your local level, will reclaim this republic from the grip of the commu socialist formerly known as Democrat Party. You will prevail.

Don't let anybody convince you that they're not going to vote, because it's a rig system and that is the right decision. That is the exact thing that we're going to do. It's not a right decision. That is the exact wrong decision. Our rights come to us from God and our rights are protected by men and women in the military, and we do not honor God and we do not honor the men and women who serve in the military if we abandon the rights that God gave us in the military, protects. In fact, we dishonor them.
